It's not the end result, it's the journey

Til today, I clocked in at least 6 hours of physical activity. My body is f a l l i n g apart. 1.5 hour Lyrical Jazz on Monday, 1 hour Hatha Spine on Tuesday and 3 hours Ballet today. Oh my, I haven't move so much in a week before that my muscle, joints are getting it hard.

After 2 years of dedication to yoga and ballet, I can feel my body is benefiting fromt it greatly. Although my back had some problem towards end of last year, I am building strength and slowly listening to the body.

It's really a long journey to discover your body and know what is best. Even when it breaks down, you need to give it a rest. I guess, it's very much same application to all other aspect of life huh? It's really the journey to discover not what you discover... :)
